Our site has a valid SSL certificate that protects the connection between you and our website when you provide banking information. This certificate will encrypt the information in order to scramble the information so that the transmitted messages cannot be decrypted. Encryption “locks” access to the information and only the recipient of the message has the key to access it.

All bank order transactions are carried out on the Paypal website and verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode…

We protect all personal information in our possession from unauthorized access, alteration or inadvertent destruction through appropriate security measures.

Our terms and conditions of sale

We reserve the right to limit quantities. More4floors Ltd (Plus Pour Les Planchers Ltée.) reserves the right to cancel, terminate or not process an order in the event of a computer error in the price displayed.

Price

All prices are in Canadian dollars. In the event of an error, More4floors reserves the right to change the price without prior notice. More4floors also reserves the right to change prices according to market fluctuations and manufacturing conditions. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes not included.

The proposed prices are valid for a period of 7 days. The proposed transport costs are to be considered from quay to quay. Additional handling charges may apply. Volume pricing available upon request.

We make every effort to provide you with an accurate description of our products. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of product descriptions including price indications.

Methods of payment

The terms are 30 days net from the date of sending for customers with an account with More4floors. For those who do not, purchases can be paid by Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or debit card. Contact our customer service department to open an account. All payments must be made in Canadian dollars.

Delivery

Free delivery for dock to dock orders of $100 or more shipped by our local ground carriers within a 300 km radius of the Montreal area (Ask your customer service representative if you qualify).

Orders placed online at the “visitor checkout” are not eligible for free delivery.

Additional shipping charges apply, at the discretion of More4floors, for rush orders or orders with special instructions and for delivery outside of the established delivery zone.

Errors in delivery and missing or damaged items must be reported to More4floors within one working day of receipt of the shipment (damaged items must be accompanied by a signed acknowledgement of receipt attesting to the damage).

Limited Warranty

The products are guaranteed against defects and manufacturing faults in accordance with their manufacturer’s warranty. If More4floors determines that the product has a defect or manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of More4floors, which will be the buyer’s only recourse.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our in-stock products, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange it for another product. During this period, products must be returned postage paid in their original packaging and must be in good condition for resale. A return authorization number must be issued by our customer service department; More4floors reserves the right to refuse any shipment without a return authorization.

More4floors inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credit where items are damaged, worn or in poor condition for resale. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer’s return policy, as well as shipping or other charges.
